Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Texas Roofing & Siding, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Texas Roofing & Siding, LLC provides residential and commercial roofing, siding installation, gutter systems, and related construction services throughout the Houston Gulf Coast area, including Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Conroe, Spring, League City, Pearland, and West Houston.

Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, materials selected, and unforeseen conditions discovered during the project.
• Written estimates will detail the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost.
• Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may affect the total project cost.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the project contract.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the contract.

Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on all labor performed. The duration of this warranty will be specified in your project contract and typically ranges from 2 to 10 years depending on the type of service.

Manufacturer Warranties

Materials used in your project may be covered by manufacturer warranties. As GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning certified contractors, many of our roofing projects qualify for extended manufacturer warranties. Details will be provided upon project completion.

Licensing and Insurance

Texas Roofing & Siding, LLC is fully licensed and insured to perform roofing and construction services in the State of Texas. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for the protection of our clients and employees. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Property Access

By engaging our services, you grant us permission to access your property to perform the contracted work. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and will respect your property throughout the project.

Project Timeline

• Estimated project timelines will be provided in your contract.
• Weather conditions may affect outdoor work schedules.
• We will communicate any delays or changes to the timeline promptly.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, material availability, or permit delays.

Permits and Inspections

We will obtain all necessary permits for your project as required by local building codes. Permit costs may be included in your estimate or billed separately as specified. We will coordinate required inspections with local authorities.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with Texas state law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
